Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

With original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Free of damage, stains, or odors

Most regular-priced items are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

Sale or clearance items

Custom or personalized products

Intimate or hygiene-related items (for health reasons)

Digital products or gift cards

Return Process

To start a return:

Email us at rebelcomarket@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

Include your order number and reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Rebel is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

Local Pickup Returns

For local pickup orders, returns must be made within 7 days of pickup. Please contact us to schedule a return drop-off.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Order Tracking

Local Pickup Option

We offer free local pickup for customers in our community.

Pickup details will be provided after checkout

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification

If you need more time, please contact us in advance.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Rebel is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays caused by carriers

Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If an issue arises, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos when possible. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
